restauWant is a restaurant marketing system that matches your ads, posts and emails to the checks at your register

Last Saturday may have looked strong in Meta and Google. But which campaigns brought guests who actually paid, and which location saw the return? restauWant connects the marketing trail to the checks it can verify, then puts spend and revenue side by side by campaign, location, and night.

Verified results stay separate from likely matches and models, so your team knows which number holds up and which one needs more evidence. Those verified sales feed back to Meta; Google is set up during onboarding, so the ads can learn from real purchases.

Optimization

Let Google and Meta learn from the checks, not the clicks

The real checks go back to the ad platforms as conversions. The same budget starts finding the people who come in and spend, instead of the ones who tap and scroll.

How it works

What changes when your marketing is measured at the register

Match Types

You don't have to trust the data. You can verify it.

How it starts

On your own time, with us close by

Do it yourself with the guides, or with us on a call. Either way you get a Slack channel with our team, and quick answers seven days a week.

Day 1

Sign up whenever you're ready

Sign up from the app any time, even after close. You'll go straight to booking your onboarding call, and a welcome email follows with the guides.
Week 1

Connect at your own pace

Start with a register - one location or all of them - then ads, email and social, one channel at a time. Each has a short guide.

Or do it with us on the onboarding call, and bring whoever runs your marketing - your GM, your team or your agency.
+2 Days

Your numbers show up

About two days after you connect a channel, it's in your views, matched to real checks wherever there's a trace.

The more of the room you connect - table QRs, wallet passes, reservations - the more of Saturday gets a cause.
+2 Weeks

The ads start learning

Real checks reach Google and Meta as soon as your register and ad accounts are connected. About two weeks in, the campaigns are optimizing for people who come in and spend.
Season 1

Plan from what happened

With a full season on record, you plan the next one from what the last one actually did - per location, per night.

Before you get started

What can I do in restauWant besides see my results?

Plan campaigns and schedule social posts from one place, with ads, social and email all measured against the same register. You can see which campaigns brought in identifiable revenue and use that evidence to decide what to repeat or change. Verified sales also feed back to Meta and Google, so your ad platforms can learn from what guests actually spent.

What’s the difference between Verified, Business, and Total?

Each view serves a different purpose:

Verified includes only traceable, auditable matches to real checks. Use it when you need to substantiate the revenue you’re reporting, including to your finance team.

Business adds high-probability matches. Use it for planning and budget decisions with a broader picture of likely marketing contribution.

Total includes modeled estimates, clearly labeled. Use it to understand broader trends.

Choose the view that fits the question, and name it when sharing results so everyone knows what the numbers include.

Will it work if most of our guests are walk-ins?

Yes. Reservations are one way to connect a guest’s visit to their marketing activity, but they aren’t the only way. Guest wallet passes, table QRs, and contact capture at the host stand or register help make walk-in visits traceable too.

We help put those connections in place during onboarding. Coverage builds as more guests use them; a visit we can’t verify stays out of the verified total.

Can we keep our existing POS and marketing tools?

Yes. We start with what you already use and establish how each system will connect. Many integrations are live today, others are connected during onboarding, and systems that need a different approach are scoped before you sign.

Tell us what runs your register, reservations, email, and loyalty. We’ll map the connections so you know what’s involved before getting started.

Can our team or agency run it?

Yes. You can run restauWant yourself, with your team, or with the agency already handling your marketing. Bring them into onboarding so the people planning campaigns and the people reviewing results can work from the same numbers.

If you need creative support too, the Studio helps with photography, brand and launch content, and campaigns to open with. We scope that work separately around what you need.

What does setup involve, and when will we start seeing data?

Start by connecting your accounts, on your own schedule or with our team. We help wire and validate the connections, including the tracking and campaign tagging needed to link marketing activity to sales.

Expect data within days and a verified baseline over the following weeks. Full onboarding typically takes a few weeks, depending on your systems. Ad platforms begin learning as reviewed, verified sales flow back; the timing of performance improvements depends on the volume of usable data.

What’s included in the price, and what costs extra?

For one to three brands, the app starts at $499 per brand per month, with five locations included per brand. A brand is a restaurant concept, so several locations of the same concept can sit under one brand. The per-brand rate drops as your portfolio grows.

Additional locations are $35 each per month. Standard one-time fees are $500 for platform setup plus $250 per brand for activation. Ad spend and Studio services are separate.

Subscriptions are month-to-month, with no annual lock-in. Non-renewal requires 30 days’ notice. The Pricing page has the full breakdown.

How do you handle our guests’ data?

Guest contact details sent to ad platforms are hashed first, so Meta and Google receive matching signals rather than raw email addresses or phone numbers. Each brand’s data is kept separate from other clients’ data.

Your data stays yours. You can export your scorecard yourself and request the full dataset from us. If you leave, you can take your data with you.

Built for the rush. See it against your own numbers.
