Whatever you send from - Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Attentive or another tool - tagged emails and texts show up under the promotion they belong to. We connect your provider with you during onboarding, so each campaign appears by name in the same view. Your list, your templates and your sends don't move.
Measured to the check
A Thursday send is read against Thursday's checks at that location. Over a quarter you learn which offers your list answers and which it ignores - decided on checks, not open rates.
