Overview
A register can tell you a deal was redeemed. Most of what a restaurant spends on marketing isn't a deal, though - it's the Google campaign, the Instagram post, the email about the new menu - and none of that shows up on a check.
restauWant connects directly to Toast and Square today. A SpotOn connection is coming. Once it's live, your SpotOn checks will be read into the app per location, so every campaign is measured against what the register took, not only the ones that carried a coupon.
Until then, an order file exported from SpotOn can be uploaded in the app - there's a template for the columns it needs. If you run SpotOn and want early access to the connection, write to us.
